The final measurement corresponds to your Jean measurement.
Note: If you prefer wearing your pair tighter then choose the smaller size and vice versa.

Separate the legs and place your measuring tape at the crotch point and from there go all the way down to the hem of your jeans to get your inseam.
Note: Keep the tape relaxed and allow it to follow the shape of the inseam. This is not a straight line, hence if you pull the tape the measure will be smaller.
