Our jeans have a non-stretch lining inside the waistband that minimises expansion. Test your pair by pulling the waist after buttoning. If it stretches quite a bit then choose 1 to 2 sizes larger. If you prefer to wear jeans tighter then choose the same size as your pair.

Jeans from raw denim expand on wear, hence if the new pair feels tight, wear it 5-6 times for a reasonable time and the pair will open up at the waist and hips.

Looser jeans are easier to alter down. There is limited margin to open up tighter jeans. Hence err on the higher side.

WAIST: Lay flat and relaxed, measure along the gentle shape of the waistband - edge to edge, without stretching the tape.

Length Guide

The height you choose will determine the inseam length of your pair.

If you are unsure, take a pair you own and measure the inseam length. Now choose a height that reflects the same measurements.

A INSEAM LENGTH : Inseam length is measured from the crotch point (where all seams meet forming the V) along the inseam to the bottom edge.

Keep the tape relaxed and allow it to follow the shape of the inseam (Stitch line). This is not a straight line, hence if you pull the tape the measure will be smaller.
