How do I calculate my custom measurements ?

Our proprietary FitSmart algorithm will calculate your unique measurements – all you need to do is answer a few simple questions. There is no need for you to measure yourself or have anybody else measure you.

Are the measurements garment or body measurements? What is the difference?

The measurements we calculate and save are your Final Garment Measurements, based on which your order will be produced. You are not required to measure your body size / measurements or provide us with any measurements at all.

Will my garment shrink?

Owing to the fine nature of our fabrics, a 2% shrinkage can be expected after repeated washing, which is in line with acceptable tolerances. Make sure to check out and follow our wash care instructions to get the best out of your garments.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Regardless of where you have ordered from, an indicative time period for your garment to reach you is 10-14 days from the time your order is confirmed. If you are a first time customer and require a trial shirt, we will try and facilitate the entire order, including the trial, within a period of two weeks.

Why do I see prices in a different currency to where I am located ?

There could be two reasons for it. First, you may be using a proxy server, in which case we are helpless to change that. We can only suggest you access our website from a local internet connection. In other cases, try clearing your browser cache, you should see the price in the intended currency. If this doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Experience team who will be happy to help you place your order.

Why Does Thread Count Matter?

Thread count is a measurement of how many threads are woven into each square inch of fabric. All these fabrics are made in a 2-ply construction with extremely high thread counts. 

The higher the thread count, the finer and softer the fabric.

A higher thread count means a stronger fabric, which will last you for years and years to come.

High thread count fabrics have little to no risks of pilling; no ugly bits of fabric that form on your shirt.

Fabrics with higher thread count have a drape and a lustrous quality that exudes luxury.
