How do I calculate my custom measurements ?

Our proprietary FitSmart algorithm will calculate your unique measurements – all you need to do is answer a few simple questions. There is no need for you to measure yourself or have anybody else measure you.

Are the measurements garment or body measurements? What is the difference?

The measurements we calculate and save are your Final Garment Measurements, based on which your order will be produced. You are not required to measure your body size / measurements or provide us with any measurements at all.

Will my garment shrink?

Owing to the fine nature of our fabrics, a 2% shrinkage can be expected after repeated washing, which is in line with acceptable tolerances. Make sure to check out and follow our wash care instructions to get the best out of your garments.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Regardless of where you have ordered from, an indicative time period for your garment to reach you is 10-14 days from the time your order is confirmed. If you are a first time customer and require a trial shirt, we will try and facilitate the entire order, including the trial, within a period of two weeks.

Why do I see prices in a different currency to where I am located ?

There could be two reasons for it. First, you may be using a proxy server, in which case we are helpless to change that. We can only suggest you access our website from a local internet connection. In other cases, try clearing your browser cache, you should see the price in the intended currency. If this doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Experience team who will be happy to help you place your order.

100% Cotton

100% cotton is breathable, durable, hypoallergenic, moisture-wicking and super soft, making it one of the most comfortable fabrics for clothing. 100% cotton feels soft, supple, light on the skin and will retain its characteristics for years to come. 

Linen

100% Linen is a natural fabric made from fibers of the flax plant. It’s soft, airy, lightweight and durable, with superior moisture wicking tendencies making it ideal to wear in warmer temperatures. While linen fabric has a tendency to wrinkle, the creases give it a drapey, relaxed look that adds to its charm. 

Cotton Linen

This fabric combines the breathability and airiness of linen fabrics with the structured drape and softness of cotton. It also wrinkles less than 100% linen fabrics.

Linen-Lyocell

This fabric is a modern take on 100% linen, where the silky smoothness of lyocell is combined with the breathability and airiness of linen. It is also very cool and incredibly soft on the skin.

Silk

Silk is a protein-based natural fiber that’s known for its strength, luster, shine, and durability. 100% silk is one of the most expensive textile fabrics owing to its high cost of production. The fabric drapes beautifully, has a beautiful, smooth texture and luxurious feel. 

Vegan Silk

Vegan silk captures the elegance and luster of traditional silk. Ethically made from plant-based or sustainable materials, it offers a smooth, luxurious drape, subtle sheen, and featherlight feel against the skin. 

Bamboo-Blend

Bamboo-blend fabrics add an ultra-soft, breathable touch to everyday clothes. Lightweight , smooth and featuring a gentle drape; this fabric is ideal to keep you looking good and feeling comfortable from morning to night.  

Knit Fabrics

Knit fabrics are naturally stretchy due to the way they are constructed. These fabrics are breathable and soft, offering exceptional comfort and flexibility. They move with your body, making them perfect for everyday wear and active lifestyles. Knit fabrics feel smooth, lightweight, and cozy on the skin.

Nylon Blend

Lightweight and mobile; these fabrics are made for the moving man. The nylon wicks moisture well, and adds a subtle stretchy quality to the garment, making it incredibly easy-wearing. 

Blended Wool

Blended wool brings together the timeless elegance of natural wool with the enhanced durability and structure of modern fibers—perfect for formal wear. It drapes beautifully, resists wrinkles, and retains its sharp silhouette throughout the day. 

Viscose

Viscose offers the luxurious feel of silk with the breathable comfort of cotton, making it an elegant choice for formal wear. Soft, smooth, and lightweight, it drapes beautifully and adds a natural sheen to any outfit. 

Cotton Silk

Cotton silk fabric offers a blend of luxury and practicality. It's known for its soft, smooth texture, breathability. The combination of cotton's durability and silk's sheen and drape provides a comfortable and stylish fabric.

Attributes

Stretch

A stretchy quality can be achieved by blending cotton, nylon or other fabrics with elastane, lycra or Spandex ®. Predominantly found in our tees, jeans, knitwear as well as some formal and casual shirts.  

Wrinkle Resistant 

A special treatment is given to some fabrics so they can retain their smoothness, shape and crisp appearance. Garments or fabrics with a wrinkle resistant finish require little or no ironing, making them ideal for easy, everyday use. This includes our bamboo-blend range, nylon pants as well as some 100% cotton fabrics that have been treated with a special wrinkle-free finish.
