How do I calculate my custom measurements ?

Our proprietary FitSmart algorithm will calculate your unique measurements – all you need to do is answer a few simple questions. There is no need for you to measure yourself or have anybody else measure you.

Are the measurements garment or body measurements? What is the difference?

The measurements we calculate and save are your Final Garment Measurements, based on which your order will be produced. You are not required to measure your body size / measurements or provide us with any measurements at all.

Will my garment shrink?

Owing to the fine nature of our fabrics, a 2% shrinkage can be expected after repeated washing, which is in line with acceptable tolerances. Make sure to check out and follow our wash care instructions to get the best out of your garments.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Regardless of where you have ordered from, an indicative time period for your garment to reach you is 10-14 days from the time your order is confirmed. If you are a first time customer and require a trial shirt, we will try and facilitate the entire order, including the trial, within a period of two weeks.

Why do I see prices in a different currency to where I am located ?

There could be two reasons for it. First, you may be using a proxy server, in which case we are helpless to change that. We can only suggest you access our website from a local internet connection. In other cases, try clearing your browser cache, you should see the price in the intended currency. If this doesn’t work, please contact our Customer Experience team who will be happy to help you place your order.

Weaves

Weaving is a method of textile production in which two distinct sets of yarns or threads are interlaced to form a fabric. We offer a diverse range of weaves that can be used to make garments to suit different occasions.

Dobby

Distinguished by its small geometric patterns using two or more colours, the dobby weave lends a luxurious feel to the fabric. The fabric is created using a special loom attachment and usually has a slightly raised weave texture rather than a smooth finish, making it less susceptible to wrinkles and more durable

Poplin 

Lightweight and breathable, poplin is characterised by its tightly woven over-under weave pattern. This soft, lustrous and durable fabric has a classic, crisp appearance. It feels textureless, silky and soft to touch.  

Oxford

Even though the basket weave of the Oxford gives the fabric a slightly heavy texture, it still remains soft, breathable and durable. Often, a thread of a certain colour is crossed with a white thread to give the Oxford its signature checkerboard appearance.

Satin

In this complex weave, the arrangement of horizontal & vertical threads are staggered and have fewer interlaces, creating a silky, lustrous surface and a fabric that drapes beautifully, making satin shinier than the average weave. It has a very soft and smooth feel.

Twill

Soft, supple and airy, twill fabric weaves twin horizontal threads under and over vertical threads to create its easily distinguishable diagonal weave or texture. Twill fabrics almost always have a slight sheen, though the degree can depend on the colour & composition of the fabric used.

Herringbone

Herringbone fabric is mirrored when woven to create its distinct V-shaped, chevron weave. Named after its resemblance to the bones of a herring fish, this fabric has a smooth feel, a textured warmth and a slight sheen. 

Houndstooth

The houndstooth pattern is made from weaving two threads over and two threads under the vertical threads. The way the dark and light coloured yarns interact creates the signature broken checks or abstract four-pointed shapes that resemble a hound’s tooth. It feels smooth and has a rich appearance. 

Flannel

Woven with a fine count using a unique brushed technique, flannel is characterised by its soft texture and strong and sturdy feel. Cozy and warm, flannel garments are usually worn in cooler climates. They feel soft as butter and have a fuzzy texture.  

Chambray

A plain weave fabric made with heavier thread, chambray is woven with a coloured yarn in the vertical thread and a white yarn in the horizontal thread to give the fabric its inconsistent colouring. Chambray fabric feels soft, light and thin. It has a slight sheen to it.  

Fil-à-Fil

Fil-à-Fil, also called End-on-End fabric is woven with threads in two different colours resulting in a dual-tone finish. This fabric appears to be a true solid color from a distance, but the details are more visible up-close. Lightweight and crisp, this fabric is a great alternative to standard fabrics.  

Denim

Denim is a strong, durable fabric constructed in a twill weave. To create the two-tone look of denim, white horizontal threads are passed under two or more coloured vertical threads (often created using indigo dye). The resulting fabric has the familiar diagonal ribbing and is soft, has a subtle sheen and drapes well. It feels soft, sturdy and durable.  

Jacquard 

Created using a special loom, Jacquard is a highly textured fabric with raised patterns varying from simple geometric designs to more detailed paisleys and florals. The hallmark of Jacquard fabrics is that the design is woven into the fabric itself, rather than stamped, printed, or embroidered on top of it. It has a silky-smooth feel and luxurious appearance.  

Denim

Single Jersey

Single jersey is a flexible, stretchy knit fabric with the soft, lightweight feel of a comfy t-shirt. In single jersey fabric, the face side and back side appearance is different. The fabric feels extremely soft and smooth on the skin

Corduroy

Corduroy’s bold visual character is achieved through the vertical cords called ridges or wales. It is woven with a plain or twill base and a floating yarn that is cut to raise the fibers, giving it a smooth & velvety texture. It is highly durable and long-lasting,
